1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Rengin app or this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please do not use Rengin.

2. Description of service

Rengin is a personal color and astrology app that helps you discover your color season, find your archetype, and plan your daily palette. Recommendations are for personal style guidance only and are not a substitute for professional advice.

3. User accounts

  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
  • You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions and payments

  • Rengin offers a weekly subscription with auto-renewal.
  • Payments are processed through Apple's App Store under Apple's terms.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store settings.
  • Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple's policies.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Rengin for any unlawful purpose
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
  • Copy, modify, or distribute Rengin without written permission
  • Use Rengin in a way that could harm other users or our infrastructure

6. Intellectual property

All content, design, brand assets, and the 24-archetype system are the property of Rengin and protected by applicable laws. Photos and inputs you upload remain yours; by using Rengin you grant us a limited license to process them for the sole purpose of providing the service.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

Rengin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Color recommendations are personal style guidance and we make no guarantees about results or outcomes.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of Rengin is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months prior to the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes inside the app or by other reasonable means.
